Chelsea & Donavan’s Private Boise Wedding was so unique in MANY different ways! I hope you can get some ideas for YOUR wedding from their day! One thing that was out of their control that made it so unique was the weather; a freak windstorm blew through. The huge trees shading their ceremony location were holding strong in the wind but it didn’t change the fact that it was the windiest wedding I’ve ever photographed! After the storm passed, we had beautiful still weather and even the sun came out!
For Chelsea & Donavan’s Private Boise Wedding they decided to have TWO ceremonies! I’ve never seen this before. They had the first ceremony with immediate family members where they said their personal vows to each other. Then they had a ring ceremony with ALL their guests. This was so cool and something I’d recommend to those looking for a totally unique and private ceremony but still wanting to include extended family and friends in the festivities.
The couple also decided to get married on property their family owns! No one else (outside the family at least) will have the same location for their private wedding! How neat!
After both ceremonies, we did family and wedding party photos, then I spent time with just Chelsea & Donavan for their photos before capturing the beginning of their reception! I loved this Private Boise Wedding in May! Check out some of my favorites below!
