I can’t say that many people have flown from Pennsylvania to Idaho for a sunset engagement session, but that’s just what Susie did! Well, and to see her fiance too! 😉

These two love birds showed up at their session with an iced almond milk chai from Brie’sta’s FOR ME! And even though we didn’t have a beautiful sun or even warm weather, we had a blast! I started off the session by staining my hands BLACK because I moved a half-inch thick cable that was on the dock and I didn’t want it in any pictures. Why did it stain my hands black? No idea, but it did! After that we fought our way through bugs and dirt and sand, all through the wind and cold.

Poor Susie had a runny nose that Tuck wiped for her every few minutes after announcing “babe you got a big booger,” and if that isn’t true love I don’t know what is, honestly.

We laughed through the whole session and Susie and Tuck didn’t bat an eye when I asked them to do some crazy stuff. Like when I asked them to run and up and down the sand dunes, or when I told Tuck to try to shake Susie off his back during a piggy back ride. They showed UP for it and they NAILED IT.

While I sadly won’t be able to make it to their wedding, I enjoyed their sunset (with not much sun) engagement session SO much! Check out my favorites below!
