One of the coolest things about being a wedding photographer is meeting people I otherwise never would have! That was certainly the case with these destination engagement photos in Texas!

Amanda & Nathan are two of the sweetest people I think I have EVER met! Like I’m not even kidding! These two love birds met at the performance theater Amanda’s parents own in Wichita Falls, Texas and their relationship has bloomed into a wonderful partnership as they raise their son, Rohan together.

So how did I get to know them? A friend of mine (Jordan) who owns Unveiled Design & Events was hired by Amanda & Nathan to plan their wedding. After Jordan got an idea for the style of photos they were looking for she texted me and asked if it would be alright for her to pass my information on to the couple, and if I would be willing to travel to Texas. Obviously, I said “YESSS!!”

During our phone consultation, Amanda said she really wanted destination engagement photos instead of hiring an engagement photographer in Texas. So, 2 days before they said “I do,” we did their engagement photos! And when I say they’re some of my favorite photos I’ve taken, I mean it! Take a look for yourself!
