Cassie & Ali’s Julia Davis Park Elopement in Boise, Idaho was so magical and dreamy! These two lovebirds are doctors and two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They are so kind and considerate and have literal hearts of gold. I loved watching how well they love each other and their families. I got to do lots of family photos with the few members who made it to the elopement.
After a short ceremony at the Ada County Courthouse, we went to Julia Davis Park for pictures! This park is definitely one of my favorites for photos. Even though we were shooting during some of the harshest lighting, the shade and weather was perfect for these creamy pictures!
We had tons of laughs and so many “awhhh” moments. In addition to gorgeous portraits, I also took some time to photograph the details. I think it’s important to photograph rings, flowers, and other details to help you remember exactly how things looked and felt in the moment. I don’t only capture photos, I capture how those photos FELT.
