This Christmas Wedding in Idaho was actually an editorial content day (themed after The Polar Express)! And it was SO much fun! I got to work with some amazing vendors at such a cool location! We started out inside the Nampa Train Depot by their big Christmas tree. Our models met and got acquainted while we were setting up and adjusting our camera equipment, but they quickly warmed up to each other!
Katarina is Miss Idaho, and John is a Chiropractor. Talk about power couple! Haha! After enjoying the warmth of the Depot, we went outside and on to some of the trains on the rails and got some really neat images there. Kat even climbed up the side of the train for an epic shot!
While the models went inside to warm up, we set up the furniture from Forget Me Not Accents and staged a beautiful scene for a Polar Express feel. After the snuggled shots on the couch we had them cut and eat the delicious cake from Dulcerella Custom Cakes. I think it was one of the most beautiful cakes I have EVER seen!!! Can we talk about that gold drip?! Perfect for a Christmas Wedding in Idaho!
Kat and John went on a casual date after they “got married.” What a unique first date! Now we just need a real wedding, right guys?!
