I get quite a few questions about my Spring Mini Family Photos and I thought I’d offer answers to some of my most commonly asked questions!
1. What is a “Mini Session”?
A) My Mini Sessions are shortened and condensed versions of my Full Sessions with a couple differences. Also, they take place back-to-back on one or two days at a predetermined location chosen by me. Specifically, I usually book my Mini Sessions as 15 or 20-minute sessions, with a 5-minute buffer between sessions.
2. What is the difference between a Mini Session and a Full Session?
A) My Full Sessions will feel more relaxed and private. You also will choose your location with a Full Session; while the Mini Session location is chosen by me. Another difference is that my Mini Sessions are short and sweet, my Full Sessions are slower with more breathing room.
3. Who is a Mini Session for?
A) ANYONE! Mini Sessions are great if you have kids or husband’s with short attention spans when it comes to taking photos! I typically don’t allow extended family sessions for my Mini Sessions because of the nature of those sessions taking more time.
4. Where are your Mini Sessions held?
A) My Mini Session locations change each year! For example, my Spring Mini Family Photos for 2023 was held in a GORGEOUS flowering orchard at Cherry Hill Farms in Caldwell, Idaho! My Fall Minis are usually located somewhere that showcases the beautiful fall colors in Boise in October.
5. How often do you do Mini Sessions?
A) I offer Mini Session 1-2 times a year! Keep in mind these sessions are always in the fall, and sometimes in the spring.
6. How can I find out about upcoming Mini Sessions?
