Dixie and Sky had been wanting a session for a long time and we were able to sneak a beautiful sunset elopement in before they moved to South Korea (Military life, am I right?).

These two are some of the most genuine people you’ll meet! They are kind and thoughtful, and were willing to do just about anything for a picture! Those wild flowers? We had to climb a steep embankment to get to them. This was one of those sessions where my face hurt almost the entire time from laughing so much! Ahhh those are the best sessions!

Dixie and Sky are both active duty in the United State Air Force and they both got orders to South Korea! How cool that they get to go together (separate bases but same time zone)! Due to deployments, moving, and Covid-19, they decided to not have their wedding in Florida quite yet. Before their deployment a while back, they got a quick courthouse wedding and the white dress she wore in these pictures was actually her wedding dress! Rewearing it for a sunset photo session was a brilliant idea!

I’m so excited to see their adventures in South Korea, and in the Air Force in general. I’ll bet that our paths will cross in one way or another in the future!
