Rachel and Kristian are two of the sweetest people you could ever meet! Their Boise, Idaho Elopement did NOT disappoint! After rescheduling a couple of times due to Covid, and moving it up to April, we made it happen!

We met at Julia Davis Park in Boise, Idaho on April 20, and the weather was perfect! A little bit of morning chill still hung in the air, but as the sun rose higher, it kept us warm.

AND THOSE TREES. Man, those trees!! The pink flowers brought such life to the photos in a time when our world feels rather lonely (right at the beginning of the pandemic here in Idaho). There was something about those blossoms that made everything seem a little less scary.

I discovered that Rachel and Kristian are both from Lincoln, Nebraska, which isn’t very far from my hometown at all! We even had a few mutual friends! They met in college at UNL, and when Kristian got stationed out here with the Air Force, they decided on a Boise Elopement for their wedding! Though I wasn’t there for their ceremony, they still wanted photos of them on their wedding day!
