Amanda & Nathan’s Destination Wedding in TX was absolutely beautiful and SO much fun! Amanda & Nathan reached out to me per Unveiled Design & Events recommendation. We clicked immediately over the phone and they quickly secured their package details and date. I even flew down to Texas a couple days early to photograph their engagement session!
Due to Covid-19 scares, the DAY BEFORE their wedding, they had to reduce the guest list to family only. Poor Amanda was stressed, just like any bride would be, but those who could no longer come enjoyed the ceremony via the internet! What a cool time to be alive when you can live stream events!
On their big day, I arrived at their house for detail and getting ready photos. I am quite literally obsessed with their wedding colors and Amanda’s dress, so as you can imagine, I had a ton of fun with these photos! After she and her girls were dressed, we did bride and bridesmaids photos. Then we headed to the venue so Amanda could do Nathan’s hair (something she does for him regularly), they also had some private note-reading and prayer time.
The weather was perfect for their outdoor ceremony. They also incorporated a family prayer time, communion, braiding of 3 cords, and a puzzle to do with their son. After the ceremony, and before the sun set, we did wedding party pictures, family, pictures, and of course, pictures with just Amanda & Nathan!
Their reception was short and sweet, much like mine and Jake’s when we got married. The food was delicious and the centerpieces were beautiful! Amanda’s mom had done them herself!
Their destination wedding in TX was a HUGE success and I couldn’t be happier with their images! Check out some of my favorites below!
Stay sweet,
